We have built a market-leading digital health product and brand position, counting some of the most reputable surgical practices in the US among our customers. We are gearing up for a major expansion nationwide, and looking for innovative & customer centric Mate’s to join us!
About the Role
As the Product Manager at Surgimate, you will be pivotal in driving our product strategy, development and execution. Your goal will be to shape our product roadmap and delivery processes to delight our customers and optimize business outcomes. The ideal candidate is very hands on in day to day product processes and able to break down product stories into technical building blocks.
The Product Manager will report to our CEO/Founder and work closely with Product Development , Customer Experience and Growth teams. This role is hybrid and based out of our R&D Center in Jerusalem, Israel. Our hybrid schedule is 3 days per week in our office.
The salary range for this position is ILS 33,000 – 43,000 per month based on candidate’s experience. Please note that this role may have some (infrequent) travel expectations to the US/abroad.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with our CEO/Founder to convert product ideas & vision into reality for our customers.
- Own the product roadmap including feature prioritization, deadlines, & communications of outcomes to stakeholders.
- Work closely with R&D by managing the product development lifecycle through ticket & story creation, sprint ceremonies and releases.
- Conduct & analyze customer feedback & data to influence product decisions by interacting with our customers & internal teams such as Customer Experience & Growth.
- Track, analyze and report on product performance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably working in the SaaS/startup space
- Healthcare industry exposure is a strong plus
- Strong analytical, prioritization and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- English (high level verbal and written proficiency)

While the process may differ between teams and roles, you can generally expect the process to be:
- Intro call with Recruiting (30 mins)
- Workplace Insights via Criteria (30 mins- you’ll receive your personal insights report!)
- Hiring Manager Interview (45-60 minutes)
- Technical Interview (Take home or Virtual)
- Executive Interview (1 hour)
